Therapeutic Relaxation Massage

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish style massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. Also the optional use of hot stones, aromatherapy, or light stretching will be used should it be therapeutically beneficial or requested. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Therapeutic Relaxation Massage – In Office

Do you not have any space for an in home session? Book a massage but have it located at a space near the heart of Downtown Delray Beach at Khospace (550 SE 6th Ave #200, Delray Beach, FL 33483). Includes all of the benefits of the therapeutic relaxation massage, except for the use of hot stones or aromatherapy.

Chair Massage

Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist. 1 hour minimum, can accommodate (4-5) clients an hour for a 10-15 minute chair massage session.

Space Requirements

A clear space is needed of approximately 6 ft by 9 ft to accommodate the massage table and therapist’s movement, with a minimum of about 3 feet of clearance around the table for comfort and accessibility. The client should also prepare by removing clutter, providing access to a power outlet if a heated table is used, and ensuring there’s an appropriate temperature and lighting for a relaxing atmosphere. 

Space & Setup

• Clearance: A space of around 6ft x 9ft is needed to comfortably fit a standard massage table (which is about 28-30 inches wide and 72 inches long) and allow the therapist to move around it to access different parts of the body. 
• Clutter-Free: The client should clear the area of any furniture or other items to make space and ensure a smooth setup process before the therapist arrives. 
• Access: The space needs to be easily accessible for the therapist, with clear pathways for bringing in equipment and setting up. 
• Power: A heated table is provided for sessions if requested, please ensure a nearby electrical socket is available. 
• Temperature: The room should not be more than 75 degrees if performing massage inside. 
• Music: While we will provide music for our sessions, please feel free to request your favorite type of music to make it as enjoyable as possible for you. 
• Amenities: Please provide access to a sink for handwashing.
• Smoke Free Home: The space must be smoke free.
• Candles/Incense/Scents: Please refrain from using any candles, incense, or strong perfumes at least an hour leading up to your scheduled appointment. Aromatherapy can be provided at the client’s request, please ask at the time of scheduling.
